Those wagler engines are so sweet! I'm really surprised D&J Precision Machine wasn't there. They're developing a new billet aluminum cummins race block. It's pure eye candy. On a side note, I'd love to build something to take to sema. What's new and innovative on that ambulance?
I'd like to at least go to sema as a spectator soon though.Ryan

About a year back, I saw a video of someone developing hydraulic powered, electronic - actuated lifters. Eliminating the parasitic power loss from the valve train netted ridiculous efficiency. Plus, the valve lift profile was infinitely adjustable.
Anyone heard anything recent?.
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
