Last game of the season
I posted the first Football game of the season and now here is the last. This time I got a pic of everyone standing for the flag. We made it to the state semi finals with a 10-1 record and faced the Waukon Indians who also had a 10-1 season. The playoffs are held at the UNI Dome in Cedar Falls. The boys played good but at the end of the game we lost with a 19-36 score. It was a turn around from last year when our corner of the state took home 1-A and 2-A Football and 1- A Volleyball between 3 of our local schools. This year the East end of the state took all three 1st place trophy's. A lesson in humility I guess
I was also blessed with hitting a deer with my new Ram pickup on the way home too 
We need to shoot more of those things. Minimal damage but still
