I can get to the photo options and the drop down showing the 5 icon's, that are to mail it, a explanation mark, print etc. But nothing on deleting ?Kevin

We're not disrespecting you. We know you work hard and you do a great job here on CC. Sorry if you took my asking about deleting photo's was in anyway causing you troubles, or seeming to be riding on your back about this issue.
Best RegardsKevin

Simple.
1: Nobody has stepped up to the plate that is qualified or does not have an agenda of their own in the last 10+ years.
2: Who can you delegate, if you do not have a qualified candidate willing to step up to the plate in the first place. Tough to pass a simple online psych exam, either they are in it for the power, or not in it at all. Sadly I am the last of the original 6 Moderators here.
I don't take offense, as I have a thick skin (head ), but a post such as yours requires a response. We (think about this, just one mod here, and at Clubcobra, just one at each forum left) have lives off the web, families, friends, other interests, we have full time jobs, and we are unpaid volunteers here. We were asked to step up to the plate, and we did so, without reservation. Mods have come and gone on both sites, some left due to the stress of it all, not realizing how much work behind the scenes it really is/was, some are sadly no longer with us on the plane of existence. It's not a glamorous job, you have to walk that double edged sword every time you post, as you will always be making decisions that will either make someone happy, or not. I could go on and on, but I'm now headed to the coffee pot for cup #2 with the love of my life before we head out the door.

Thanks for what you do here Mr. Mustang. I'm sure it takes a lot of hours to keep this place operating with some level of efficiency. I'm glad this forum is available, even with its minor flaws.Steve

You must have taken my words, "Hope one of the mods will ring in soon" as a derogatory remark or complaining, I did not, it was not my intent bud. You do a wonderful job my friend, be proud and stand tall !
Thank you for your time & service to CHR. We need more people like you.Kevin

Just ask. You and Brent can pick from who ever responds. You have to pass an online Psych exam to be a moderator here? I'm a mod on another forum and we didn't have to do any of that. And as far as having to watch what you post..... I hate to tell you but you don't have to be a mod to have that issue here lately. I'm not picking at you or throwing stones just trying to help you and maybe make this place flow better. So don't take offense thinking I'm coming at you. I know how much time doing a mod job can eat up.Ryan

I agree. I'd say that there are several folks who frequent this forum who would be good moderators, and IMO the forum has suffered from not having enough oversight in the past two or three years. If you don't have someone watching the asylum the inmates tend to take over, and that's happened here on more than one occasion. Kind of like One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest... I'd say it's time for Brent to put out some feelers, and enlist some more guys to help keep things flowing a little smoother on a day to day basis. Pass an on-line psych test to be a moderator on a hot rod forum? What kind of BS statement is that?Roger

Bill,
I'd be the first to agree that I wouldn't be moderator material. I've become far to "curmudgeony" in my old age, and my computer skills are not strong enough. I'm not at all sure what you mean by your last words though, the "...not certain why, that too" sentence.
I mean no disrespect, but am just reinforcing what you said yourself that your life is busy (and became much busier with your move to Carolina) and you don't have the luxury of monitoring a forum throughout the day. Given that limitation, you do an amazing job of keeping things between the ditches, but I believe that you deserve to have a few others helping out. That's just my opinion, and you may disagree which is OK too.Roger

Thank you Roger. .
