Same thing here, it's snowing so it must be Sunday! Another 6" predicted from now until Monday noon. The calendar says April, but the weather still says January. PS, this was supposed to be our first test and tune Sunday!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Yesterday it was 84 and the wife turned the air conditioner on. Today looks to be close to the same. (New Mexico land of enchantment and no rust)

It was brown last night and this was my drive this morning. The first person that complains about heat this summer is going to get punched in the throat.Seth

All my wife's relatives are in Texas. Just aim for there and both you and I will feel good about it.
(talk about differences, we used to live in the mountains about 50 miles north of here and never
considered it really was winter until the snow went over the fence tops so we could snowmobile everywhere.
Now I just look at the snowcaps and miss the days)Last edited by Scooting; 04-08-2018 at 10:55 PM.

It's been 80º today and I've had most of the windows open, but I understand that it's going to be in the 30º's again Sunday.Ken Thomas

This is getting dumb. If this keeps up I'll be putting a 4x4 S-10 frame under Rita. I shouldn't complain because north of here their talking up to 20 inches of snow with 50 mph winds, that will shut things down for a few days. I'm a bit nervous because we have tickets for a Christian Band called Mercy Me in Sioux Falls Sunday night. We're pretty sure we'll make it there Sunday but I'm wondering if they'll make it to Sioux Falls Saturday. Last year it was about 80 deg here at this time, which was warm for the time of year.Seth

That nasty weatherman has forecast about 10" to 12' for up here in Madison. I think I'm going to go hide in the garage, cover the windows with masking paper and just stay there until I see sunshine again! lolYesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Not much reported was a huge solar flare (storm) that was scheduled to hit earth right about now. It is likely the culprit for weather pattern shift..................or as the whackos like to call it : human caused global warming, er climate change.Last edited by Bob Parmenter; 04-13-2018 at 06:15 AM.

I'm about ready to quit listening to the forecasts...... All week today was supposed to be 72*. This morning they say it's a high of 52*. Yep, change it a few more times before any weather even gets here. What ever, I'll just look out the window.

It is too warm to work in the garden past about 10:30.
Maybe it's the coveralls..

Windy as the dickens here the last couple of days and 20 degrees cooler than the day before yesterday. Glad I haven't turned the furnace off yet.

A friend dropped off my trailer, loaded with firewood. Some pine, mostly hardwood.
I put the little stuff in the house. I'll be starting the wood stove up a few more times this spring, and I won't need big stuff.
Did I tell you that I flew little sister down to Georgia to stay with me for a couple weeks? She came out of "Antarctica" Idaho. She (Loretta) sure enjoyed the (Georgia) warm.
She's back home now, and says it's snowing.
Poor kid..
