Back during the same drought in the 80's, our S. Dakota Governor, Bill Janklow, removed all the height and weight restrictions on loads of hay going west to Montana and Wyoming, you should have seen some of the loads leaving the hay yards around Yankton, SD and heading West!!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
