That truck originally had six-lug wheels/ hubs/ axles and a beam axle up front. It now has five-lug wheels and sits lower than is normally possible with the stock front axle. The question then is, how was it done?Has the frame been clipped up front or possibly had a Heidt's or Fatman or other front end installed? If so, and if it was done right, then a big part of the hard work is already done - 3K would be pretty reasonable.
If it's butchered and cobbled then it could be expensive to make right and all you're getting is a body...
