Good for you, I love dogs too. God made all these little guys cute so we don't kill them when we're mad at them, people usually laugh when I say that but I think it's trueSeth
God cannot give us a happiness and peace apart from Himself, because it is not there. There is no such thing. C.S.Lewis

Touché!
That's something I have been known to say.
Our #1 son has been living rent-free in our flat initially, then in our house for the last two years.
My back has been giving me gyp over the last few months, and there have been some jobs that I have been incapable of doing, so I asked him to come and help me out.
"Nah; I'm too busy."
So I told him just what you said, and added: "You are no longer a small cuddly baby, you are no longer cute...be well aware that I brought you in to this world and I'm capable of taking you out again. Can you run zig-zag?"
He still didn't come to help.
I got She Who Must Be Obeyed to help instead.
Then a few weeks later he made the time to come and borrow my van.
Sigh.

Johnboy.... I think you'd be better served with a good dog by your side! 8-)
Seth, my wife gives me a line similar to that... hmmmm but I'm not worried!

Yep. And I seem to move 1 thing and it displaces something else with 1/2 of that landing on the workbench and then I forgot where I was going with this other thing and I'll see something else that...
