I'd just about guarantee that if the trail is followed back, it'll be all about politics and money.

Absolutely! When "Global Warming" stopped fitting the BS narrative they started using "Climate Change". When we have a hot summer we're idiots for not realizing its because of Climate Change. When we have a mild summer and point it out, we're idiots for not realizing that Climate has nothing to do with weather.

It's the same here, if we could get rid of Boston... life could be good.

I got lucky. I have a small Kubota tractor that I constantly have to add a little water to due to a leaky radiator. I remembered to juice up the antifreeze to protect it. Everything else was good or so I thought. What I forgot about was the water cooler on my TIG machine. I didn't even think about it until yesterday when I went to use the machine. No leaks so far and the pump doesn't seem to be affected. I did add the recommended antifreeze to ti when I set it up, but don't think I had it protected down to the temps we got. We flirted with single digits. What was in it must have kept it from freezing solid enough to do any damage. Whew!
