just bought a kubota tractor after selling my big case . you take what is on the lot and you pay above the msrp . they have no idea when another load will arrive and getting things like a loader and such is worse . they had the tractor i wanted but without a loader . up to 3-4 months on a loader so i had to bump to the neck larger tractor . same frame just 10 more hp .thanks to the current admin paying folks not to work there is a shortage of everything . building a simple house ? add 35k to it and wait for materials. i have a friend with 4 sets pf prints but wont pour a slab until he has all dry in materials on hand . he has a 4k ft house to build and the estimate is an extra 100k to build .
