Thanks for the Happy Birthdays! We went to Des Moines this weekend to visit the grandkids and we payed Ryan a visit too so he wouldn't get jealous We took the kids to a children's museum and went to Prairie City after that, that's where Ryan got a pic of us on the road later that night. Rita is getting pretty trustworthy, 570 miles and all I did was check the oil before we left. This was pretty much the first drive with it this year through wind, snow, rain and sleet and 26 deg Sat morning. We took back roads on the way home ( much nicer weather ) and found a burnt Torino with apparently some story behind it and an old highway patrol car on display. It had current plates on it, I'm glad it wasn't there to rot away as art . The highlight was we found a working phone boothSeth

The burnt car is actually a 68 Coronet 500. Many stories are around about it but the most told one is this man's ex girl friend's son torched the barn the car was stored in and the owner didn't have insurance and the car was a total loss. So he put it out front for everyone to see and he re paints the side yearly so it isn't forgotten. One of my mopar buddies stumbled across it last year.Ryan
