Thanks Al. Not too bad minus the flames. Looks like that would the way they fixed them up back then. But I would like it dropped way more and all. That is still sweet. Where have you been by the way Al, I haven't seen ya around much lately?

That's slick man I like it. All blue like that would look sweet! What do you think about chopped look on that kind of car? I don't know if I would wan't to chop mine or just leave it. I can't tell if it looks better or not. I have seen a few and the chop made it stand out big time and others makes it look goofy.

Thanks a ton John, looks sweet. Today I saw the Trucks show with the 49 Studebaker truck on there and the guy put 53 Buick headlights on it with that droop look (old episode) and I was thinking about doing that to my car since it wouldn't be much money anyways and I need new headlights so thought about doing that. Ever see that truck that I am talking about? It's sweet as hell and has a huge 454 in it and all. It's the purple one they show when the show is about to start.. Pretty sweet if ya ask me.

Man now that is one Beautiful car!!! No way I would have enough money to build something like that. The front end is sweet. I was thinking about getting rid of my vent window like that but it's not worth the money or nothing plus I need air to come in since I won't have any AC. That looks really good though. I almost have enough money for my rims and tires so that will be one thing to add and I can start marking up the rear end to see how much I need to narrow it and then call Currie and price up how much it would be for them to make me a narrowed rear end.

Do you know where I can find headlights and all from a 53 Buick that are new? Is there a place that makes them? Reason I am asking is because on that tv show trucks they have the purple studebaker truck with the headlights and that thing under it that makes it look like a sad look or whatever... hard to explain but it gives the truck a kind of expression and I thought it would look sweet on my car since I will need new headlights when I get to the body work and all. I tried looking on a few sites but no luck.

I've never seen the show I don't really watch TV that much But any way try checking some vintage salvage yards but the year your talking about is most likely a 49 to 55 Buick I do know were theres two But to pry them from my father inlaw It would be easier to take candy from a baby

Ok thanks. There are no places around here that are vintage yards. I tried looking for one but most places around here have only 10 year old cars or newer.
