just got this email from him
It runs good. The top speed is about 70 MPH right now and it has a range of about 25 to 30 miles. I am using an 8" ADVANCED DC motor connected via drive shaft to a 4:11 rear end, so it has moderate take off from the line.
Starting on an incline is somewhat of a problem but a new gear ratio should cure this problem. My goal is to have a top speed of 50 MPH and a range of 50 miles. We started a web site www.eroadsters.info It needs a lot of work but it has additional pictures. "see attachments"Last edited by ChoppedSub; 12-07-2004 at 07:34 PM.
