Tom, Nope, my hubby said I have to wait until AFTER New Years!!! At least he didn't say I couldn't do it ha ha! So, i'm patiently waiting, didn't think there was much point in bugging the owners with questions until i'm actually in a position to buy...but as soon as Jan. 3 rolls around, i'm going to be figuring out where to store a hulk and then making a plan for whatever i'm going to do to it...THEN...if the ad is still live, i'm going to call them and ask some questions...but i'm figuring if it's not...all i've got to do is be patient...and i'll find what i'm lookin for...

Any thoughts about what questions to ask?
