33 Ford roadster for $3500
I was looking on ebay when I found this bargain price on a hotrod with only 700 miles and no reserve. The guy claims it's a 33 Ford.

It's ............. .......... interesting.
If you haven't gone through all 100 pictures (click the icon for 16 pictures and then the one for the 100 thumbnails) you might have missed the name painted on it (Frankenstine). I also count 11 different bidders so far. Probably feel in love with either the front turn signals or tail lights.I've NEVER seen a car come from the factory that couldn't be improved.....

This would be what we refer to as a Budwiser car...................why ask why?!?!?!

I think the wheel covers make it worth the $3500.

You got to admit it's visually interesting, I missed the quality fit of the top the first time around. Wonder how many MPH it good for.I've NEVER seen a car come from the factory that couldn't be improved.....

It needs more than a set of wheels to be halfway there. He's a little confused on the big and little concept. It's got big 13" tires on front and little 15" tires on back. I think the fronts are 4 bolt wheels. Once you fix that you should rip off the sheetmetal trunk. It might make a good doghouse. And mount a moon tank or an aluminum beer keg and some older style tail lights.
Up front I would remove the foot long extension on the fan and move the radiator back. I'm not sure if that's a Huppmobile grille or a modified 35 Ford truck grille but it's got to go. Replace it with a deuce grille. Also all that pink and purple crap should be donated to a needy ricer. The wireing is a mess so cut it all out and rewire. While you're at it toss all those mismatched gauges and replace them too. Might as well rip out the interior too. bare fiberglas looks better than the rags that are covering it. Find out what the top came from so you can sell it on ebay.
When you consider the poor quality of the work done on this car I'm sure there are many other things that will need to be redone. I would rather start from scratch than try to make a hotrod out of this conglomeration.

It's a sick world!!!!
18 bids and over $4k, with two days to go!?!?
I've seen good cars that were border line high priced go bidless, and then you see "people" bidding on this kind of stuff like they really want it. Oh well, maybe he's just shill bidding his own car.
Al, you hit it with the last line. The best fix for this turd is to jack up the radiator cap and drive a real car under it.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon

Do you still have the car? Does it have the motor? Running Gears?
Is that just part of your screen name? If you have the car, I would like to see pictures if possible. Has it been tubbed out? Does it have latter bar suspension? What gears is in the rear end? What training? Where are you located, or where is it at?
