Name this classic...
Here is one that I dug up just for Streets... I am sure he will know it right off... Eventhough he will know it everyone is invited to play along...
Name the year, name and manufacturer...
Ready... set... go...

Near as I can get and it ain't the right one. Airflow or Streamliner & '35..
Close on the year, way off on the Name/Manufacturer, assuming that you ment Chrysler Airflow...
The only Streamliner I can think of was a Pontiac Wagon made in the 50's...
Ready for your first hint?...
Here is a photo of a modern version of this car... The original (pic above) was mass produced and an acutual production vehicle... Th photo below is a prototype made a few years back in the spirit of nostalgia that Detroit has brought back during the last severial years with cars like the T-bird, Prowler, and PT Cruiser...
Sorry for the bad photo...

You are correct...
The Pontiac Streamliner was offered in both versions throughout the 40's and into the 50's... Here is an example of a wagon... I don't recall ever seeing a Desoto Streamliner but it sounds feasable... Let me look around and see what I can find...

I must confess, Im stumped at the moment to what kind of car that is, I also thought an Airflow & Airstream. So I guess I'll have to reread the "HINTS" and do some more hunting....joeDonate Blood,Plasma,Platelets & sign your DONORS CARD & SAVE a LIFE

Name of "Name this car"
The car shown at the very top of this thread is a 1936 toyota sedan. Toyota copied chrysler styling and copied chevrolet engines. It is not a chrysler airflow, or even an american car.

1936 Toyota Model AA...
Streets - LOL, I knew you'd love this one... Could this be the original Ricer!!!
I am a bit too young to remember the Pearl, but I do know a bit about history... I am not too good at holding a grudge, but then again I have never had to fight a war!!! This car was preWWII, maybe that will help you feel a little better about it!!!
BOB - Nice photo, and nice clue... The folks in the background may have been the clue to tip it off!!! Leave it to Dave to sneak in the clues, yea right!!!
Bobby G - Way to go!... I really thought this one would be around for a while, a Japaneese car with american styling!!! Heck, I would even consider making a Street Rod out of one of those some day... Even though t this was pre-WWII, this car and company could well be considered part of the begining of Japan's industrial revolution... Below is a pic of the assembly line in 1936...
Shhhhhh... Nobody tell Streets that I have a 68 Porsche sitting in the garage right next to my Hiboy!!!
