Thanks Bob for the info. We are looking for a new source, and will give them a try when the time comes.
BTW, I thought you were out in Vegas gambling and stuff like that. Didn't know you were doing the car thing for SEMA. How is it going?

Brad, you mentioned that you didn't want to just get in my T. I honestly wouldn't have minded a bit. Nice of you to respect that, but next time just jump in.
I was used to coming out of a grocery store or work and finding some German tourists sitting in my '27 taking pictures of each other. For some reason they felt it was ok to just do that. It wasn't worth the effort to be a jerk and get on them about it.

Good idea. At Daytona you could get a picture for $ 5.00 of the General Lee with a Daisy Duke cutie in her "Daisy Dukes", so maybe I could have made a buck or two. She was a lot cuter than me though.

You could recoup the extra costs of the build, by letting tourists do photos for 5 bucks a pop. Denny's onto something here!" "No matter where you go, there you are!" Steve.

I'm starting to save money now that I don't go to Maine for lobster or New York for pizza........LOL Now all I have to do is find a place that has TexMex and I won't have to go to Dallas on Friday nites dinner.

Dan and I for the past 3 months had eaten takeout from the local Taco Bell probably 3 times a week or more. It isn't that we like it so much, but when we wrap up at the shop at 1 or 2 am it is the only place still open. (they close 2 am on weeknights and 3 on the weekends)
We both swore when these two cars were done that we would never ever eat a Taco Bell burrito again in our lives. However, my Spanish has improved tremendously.
So far this week we have had actual homecooked meals for a change. Great to be eating like real people again.

Funny what this old car addiction does to your diet sometimes. When my wife is busy directing a show at school (Drama teacher) and my son and I are spending evenings in the garage, we resort to a lot of TV dinners. The good news is that it's cheap eating. At 99 cents each, I keep the freezer well stocked with mocrowaveable Banquet dinners...
By the way, Don, your son Dan wanted to see pics of my coupe under construction. If he does a search for J. Robinson in the galleries, there are 7 or 8 pages of pics. If he can't find what he wants to see, let me know. I may have additional pics that I didn't post there.Jim

Thanks Jim, he did mention that and wanted to see them. I'll tell him.
Yep, I went to the grocery store one night and they had a sale on the Banquet dinners, 77 cents each. I bought like 30 of them, every variety. Nice thing is in 5 minutes you can nuke them and have a meal when you are too tired to cook. In fact, that will be my dinner right now, since you have reminded me.
Got ready for the carshow tomorrow by detailing mine and Don's T's today. He had to play all day and I knew he wouldn't have time so I did his too. This cleaning stuff is for the birds........took me about 11 hours to do both of them, but this will be the first local outting for both and I wanted them to look as good as possible. Supposed to be 1000 cars there the news said today, so it should be a good one. I'll post some pictures tomorrow night. Hope Don Garlits is there again this year, it was cool to see him walking around like a normal person last year. (I wonder if he ever wakes up and says "Wow, I'm Don Garlits." ) I would.

Thanks! It's the most metal forming I've done. I was wishing I had an English wheel and a planishing hammer.
