Oh oh. The talks are now starting to lean toward "maybe another cat wouldn't be so bad !"
Dan is thinking that someone else adopting Lucky would be a crap shoot as far as how good of a home she would get. It's still not 100 percent, but it's at least in discussions.
Easy for him to say, I'm the one who has become a full time baby sitter. I forgot how much attention these little things want.
