Don, I found some universal flex hoses - ribbed with a wire coil inserted - and found one for both top and bottom. The one on bottom even had 1-1/2" on one end and 1 3/4" on the other end. No adaptor required.
The top one could be a little longer. I'll change it someday.Jack
