    Your Opinion?

Ok, so my dad knows a lady who has a 65 chevelle 2dr Hard top its basically a huge project but its probably a good start. Its got a lot of paint chipping and surface rust, and there are 2 dents by the trunk. The interior would need total restoration. She said it ran 10 years ago We could probably get the car for 500 bucks. Your Opinion: Yay or Nay?

If she has the title and it has some good body parts there should be at least $500 worth of value there. These are pretty popular. If it's an SS all the better, the interior stuff alone would bring more than that.

I agree with Bob, If it's reasonably straight & complete and has'ent been raped /pillaged the parts alone should be worth more than your $500 investment.

These are great cars. You can put anything from a basic small block to a full on big block in them. They are nice and light and have real clean lines. There are also lots of parts available for them, but not everybody has one. Good choice for a street machine.
Of course, that's just my opinion, I could be wrong!
