Daytona Turkey Run
Anyone here heading to the Daytona Turkey Rod Run on Thanksgiving weekend/
Over 5,000 cars and trucks... A huge swap meet.. All the vendors..
The club section is always neat.... I know the Studebaker gang draws 40+ Stude's of all styles. Pretty neat..
Here's a pic of the raffle giveaway car for this year.
Anywhoo.. Go to http://www.turkeyrun.com/ for info...

Would not miss it. Largest swap meet in the S.E. There is so much there that it's hard to see it all. If you are driving your car I'll look for you......DonDon Meyer, PhD-Mech Engr(48 GMC Trk/chopped/cab extended/caddy fins & a GM converted Rolls Royce Silver Shadow).

re Daytona Turkey Run
Hey Deepinhock, cool name of course that could fit any motorhead, where abouts in Fla are you located, yeah the Turkey run is a great one , and if you don't find what your looking for in the swapmeet, up the road 15 min is Orbond Beach and the Antiquers have their annual bash the same weekend and there are parts galore there and a Gas Light Parade Saturday Night , it's really cool to watch.skiball

Daytona Turkey Run
Hey Tim...
Actually, the name is for our place "Deep-N-Hock Acres" over in Ocala... We made the name up as a joke and it has become a way of life <g>....
We have biz cards and everything.. Lame, but funny.

I wish...
wish I lived a little closer to the sunshine state that is... If I were a little closer I would make that one for sure, and maybe take a chance on winning that cool Roadster...

My name is Magnus, I live in Iceland wich is an island between Greenland and Norway in the middle of the Atlantic ocean.
Me and my son own a 67 Camaro coupe wich we are restoring in our garage. We have a 350/350, 10 bolt. driveline. Last thanksgiving we went to Daytona Florida to the Turkey run car show 30th anniversary. It was fun and we bought alot of things for our car at the carshow and at NPD in Ocala .We will be going this year also.
