Pictures of the Thames Rebuild .... Slowly getting there

    here's the 327 coming out

after media blasting .... preparing for sealer

horrible "brazed" on roof filler removed

after many attempts (we discovered that the body had been welded to the floor and chassis) the body is finally lifted off the chassis

finally seperated .......... the only things on the rolling frame which will be retained are the tires and wheels, and the wheelie bars ............. the rest will be scrapped and replaced by a full rolling chassis from Fatman Fabrications

I would check with Dean Kirsten at Anglia Obsolete. He seems to be able to find most any part for the English Fords.

    His contact information is:

    phone 760-630-3136
    fax 760-630-2953
    e-mail dean@angliaobsolete.com
    web site www.angliaobsolete.com

    He's in Vista, California

That picture of the engine being pulled reminds me of the old saying "10 pounds of something in a 5 pound bag." It's amazing a big V8 even goes into these little cars.

I love these and Anglias, too. Sounds like you are doing it right with the new frame and all. Very nice car.
