Tucci...
Tucci builds a very nice rod, I would recommend him based on the cars I seen that he has built... You might also talk with Kenny Davis, he builds a very nice rod with a similar build stlye to Foose, Trepiner, and Tucci, and is right here in my neck of the woods... That way I could be your undercover spy!!!
Here is a photo of a 33 Roadster that he just finished up a few months ago... I understand it is featured in the latest issue of StreetRod Builder Magazine and was shot for a future cover of Custom Rodder... If you go to my gallery there is also a couple of photos of a 41 Willys that he built about a year ago...
Hope this helps...

Funny you should mention Tucci's 41. I saw the car for sale on a website www.BadBoyzToyzz.com a few months back, but never got to see how much it went for, they still have a picture up of it on the home page. As it so happens a 41 willy's build will be in my future. I was wondering who built the car as i like his vision. I was trying to find some more info on Kenny Davis's builds. You got any pictures of his rides?. You did give me his # and address, but i have yet to see any of his work. Is this 33 a tucci or a davis build?

More Info...
The 41 in my Gallery and the 33 photo above are both examples of Kenny Davis' cars... I don't have any of Dave Tucci's photos in my archive... Here is another picture of a car that Davis built a couple of years back, it was runner-up for Goodguys street machine of the year and was featured in several magazines... It featured a Cadallic Norstar enging and was dubbed the Normad...
He can be contacted at Hot Rods by Davis phone number is 479-936-4595 ask for Kenny Davis and tell him you talked to me (like that might get you somewhere)

Hey Diamond, do you have to have a big name builder???? Lots of builders around who do quality work. No disrespect intended, but I gotta wonder if you hold with "the bigger the check, the better the car" syndrome, or if you are looking for a quality job at a decent price. Ya know all us little no-name guys would like a shot at building your ride. No, I don't have the big name and the mega square foot fancy shop with the glass front, but if you want a quality product with common sense engineering, give some of us common folk a look. You might be surprised. Hate to use this forum for a personal ad, but just wanted to let you know that it doesn't take huge bucks and a 5 year wait to get a car built.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

im not nessesarly looking for big name, price dosent matter to me as long as the finished product is what i want. In the past i've dealt with disreputable builders who have ripped me off and the project ended up costing me alot more becouse of the mistakes they made. im not about to lay down any cash for someone that will be out of buisness in a matter of months. Don't get me wrong im sure that many small builders can do what i want. What im most interested in right now is someone to build me a 69 SS/RS Convertable Camero. Basically i just want the body basically stock, but everything else top notch moderernized, eg. vette driveline, custom interior, modern suspention, and top end paint. Really any decent builder can handle this, however im not stopping with just one rod. Over the next 10yrs or so i have about a dozen projescts in mind
