Any pics of the interior and dash?

Very nice indeed! maybe I can ask C9x or someone else including the owner how that windshield wiper was installed? It is sure a lot neater than the top edge pod on stock Model-A windshields. Actually $32K is a reasonable price as I know full well working on my '29. This is steel with a hot motor and lots of nice features. If a pictue of the interior is possible, I would like to see the angle of the steering column and the column drop.

I came across this old thread while searching "1929 roadster". It sure is a fine machine and real steel too! I am most interested in the steering column clearance at this point but overall it is still full of other details worth studying. I never did get an answer on the details of the internal wiper installation so I bought one of the Speedway wipers that mounts on the top of the windshield which is a bit bulky. Any comment on where that car is now?

I'm sure you remember the Pacific Raingear wiper motor on my 32 roadsters lower windshield frame.
2 1/4" front to rear on the motor/gear box fwiw.

I got to thinking that maybe one of those was used, but looking at the windshield brow and dash on my 31 roadster it doesn't look like it.

There's just enough room to hook up a cable or link to a motor hanging down a ways.

Once upon a time I had a complete 64 Falcon WW system.
Knocking out a pair of angled bezels would allow mounting under the cowl sheet metal.
It looked to be way too much work on the 32 with cowl vent, but on an A roadster that has no vent it would be a reasonably easy project . . . if . . . the A's cowl gas tank was removed.

I've been told that one of the later model British sports cars had a cable drive wiper system that's fairly easy to adapt.

Later model defined as within the last 20-25 years or so.

C9x, I will go back and look at that wiper motor on your '32. After I bought the quad gauge set it seemed to me that it is hard to see the speedometer there so I have planned to put the tach in the Quad and cut a hole right in front of the steering wheel for a speedometer there but I have not cut the hole yet. There may be room in front of the steering wheel for the internal wiper if I put the Speedometer in the quad and neglect the tach. I will have to measure. There is no tank in the 'glass body, of course.
