Not my definition - the realtor. And to a point she is correct. At least I painted it and rehung the ceiling 'rock that was slowly falling off in 1996 when we moved in here. Then in 2005, replaced the rotted wood garage doors, jacked up the roof to remove the 4-5" long span sag and added some internal loft structure, installed a full length (25') support beam and lolly columns, jacked the entire structure and replaced the ground plate that had rotted and rebuilt the garage door end that was an odd ball size to standard 7x9 doors. Then said the heck with taping - I was tired of working on it. Oh yeah, the brick on the front and one side - had to restack them when I did the plate as they had to come down.
To me, it's a man cave, paint booth and lounge - but just never got around to finishing what the builder hadn't after correcting the rest of his mistakes and poor building practices.Dave W

Hey Bobby, yeah, the 37 kinda took a "back seat" to the truck for a little while. The truck is my daily driver & I had to do some tweaking on it. I'm definitely getting some good "seat time" in it but now it's time to get back on the car.
That chassis is looking good! Any progress on your 37?
We should all set some kinda goal to have our cars road worthy in say, 2 years, then drive them to meet each other at some central location.....just a thought....

Comin around the bend!
I'm making good progress on the book with a few details left and looking forward to getting back to the car.

Sounds like it could be a great time . Randy is about a 40 hours or more drive west of me and your are a easy 20 hours east so I am almost in the middle . We would have to ship Randy here and drive east a little but still sounds great .
My engine is coming together and should be ready to be placed back in the rails this week end . Mount the trans and sit the body on for some finalizing on the pedal assembly's .
