Ok, after all that prep work on my bed on Saturday, I planned to install it on Sunday but it rained all day. That's kinda unusual for SoCal but whatever. It was clear and sunny this morning so on with the show....
Nobody was around to help me today so I had to figure out a solo route. Here's what I came up with:

I rolled the standing bed on my flat dollies over near my garage, brought it down flat and let it rest on a 5gal bucket. I pulled out my cherry picker and slid under it. I cut a 4x4 to 71.5" to fit under the bedrails and lag-bolted a piece of chain to it. I extended the cherry picker to attach to the chain and lifted the bed. I backed the truck under it and slid everything into place and lowered the bed onto the truck. The rest was easy. I bolted it down, hooked up the taillights, added the tailgate and she was ready to go!
I still have to drill holes for the side trim then prep the bed for paint but as least I have it mobile again.
