That's kind of what I'm planning - tho Ford makes it a bit difficult with the placement in the intake manifold of the one line. 1/2" conduit might be a way to go as it is fairly close the same OD as the nominal 5/8" heater hose ID. Then if I like it, transfer the pattern to SS tubing, if the funding is there.

It IS tight there though, so it might be an interesting project and under the hugger style headers - maybe not. That size conduit is cheap, so we'll see what works.
