Rat Rod Down On The Farm
(from the missus...)
Hello guys...
I put up with Jeff's yellow pos truck goin to all the hot rod shows and having all the dairy girls hang all over it (I know it's the car, and not him)......
I don't ask for much....
All I asked was for him to hop up my tractor a little bit.
Maybe some chrome, or a fuzzy seat cushion..
But noooo... He says it is a classic, and that would ruin 'the look'..
I'll give him 'the look"!
He says that there is no place to hang those cute little neon tubes underneath.
I think it would be pretty all lit up out in the pasture pulling the manure spreader.
What is it with guys that they can spend all the grocery money on chrome things and refuse to put some whistlepretties on a gal's tractor.
You men are all alike...

A bit of chrome on the motor and a really comfy seat cushion certainly wouldn't detract from all that originality. Come on Jeff, let some of the moths out of the wallet and toss some trinkets on her ride....................... shame--shame--shameYesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Ohhh man, there's nothing like the sound of a Poppin John under a load! I just got back from visiting with relatives in my home town, and it did bring back some memories of the "good ole days".
Now, some of you youngin's and city folks don't need to be confused... I'm not talking about the Papa Johns pizza guy!!!!

Here's one more link for listening to a "poppin john". Even though there's not a lot of poppin in this sound bite, you can get the idea of where the name came from.
