Looking for the guy who painted this car.
The owner bought the car in Louisiana about 5 years ago. The painter signed it with a paw print, and the name"Jay".
he hood was stolen, and he needs a new one painted. Anyone recognize the car, or a painter who signs his work that way?

Well maybe... Many moons ago there was a shop in LaPlace, La. called Jay's Rod and Custom..... We're talking like '73 or sometime in there!!! I was finishing my sentence in the Air Force, used to go drag racing in LaPlace and remember the shop. No idea if it's the right guy or not, just remember the name.... Good luck with your searchYesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

You're welcome Mike, glad it worked out for you. Roger, it's taken a few years but my inventory of excess parts has shrunk a fair bit from 1 1/2 garage stalls to about an eight by eight space. ...
