right up the road from me is a 53-5window GMC p/u complete truck in not very bad shape as of this moment the springs have gave way as its loaded with what appears to be $300 bucks worth of aluminum cans i have asked the old timer that owns it if he would possibly sell it to me but he always tells me hes gonna restore it someday .. the old boy has been on the oxygen bottle for years and gets around with a walker , but its his stuff what ya gonna do!!

right next to the road. It's been sitting there, uncovered, for about a month. What is it?
Looks to be a 1931 Plymouth, 4 door sedan. Standard opening front doors, rear suicide doors. Oval rear window. 1930's also had the oval rear window, but from all that I have seen, their radiator caps were just polished round caps. The lady didn't show up unitl 1931. All models before the 1930/31 cars had rectangular rear windows and also after 1931. In late 1933 and after, the hood ornament was a ship and the radiator cap was below the hood.

Nice looking car. Lots of potential.
