Got some work done, pics included (I hope)

All right guys, loaded some photos up to the gallery here, not sure the best way to link them so we'll see if this works.

Managed to get a bunch of work done between last thursday and yesterday. Got the new compressor up and running. Got the front clip off, got the rear fenders and bed off as well.

I also did a mach up of the color scheme we're thinkign on the truck. I had to use somebody else's F1, so on ours the windows won't be tinted and it'll have chrome mirrors. plus the wheels are different.

That's not me in the pics by the way, that's Rick.

Actually Rick has the knowledge, tools, money, I do most of the work! I just come out from under there sometimes to take pics. I was under the fenders removing the bolts while he was pulling off the headlights. he only gets down on the ground if he needs to take a look at something before telling me what to do.

Wouldn't you know that saturday it was 108 degrees, this morning it was cold outside when I was watering my trees. figures. now it'll be 3 weekends on hold while I do other stuff. I plan on taking an entire week off work to work on the power brakes and power steering. my vacation for the year.

i was thinking about on the actual having the pinup standing, wearing daisy dukes and short top holding a wrench and the slogan "full service". we'll have to see what occurs to us at the time. "slightly dangerous" is good too, but I don't like her position. There is an old movie poster from a movie called "the sin of nora moran" that I really like the way that one is done. maybe use that......so much to think about.
