Woodward Cruise next weekend woohoo!!!
Woodward Cruise is the weekend of the 18Th any CHR forum members going?
I've been there twice In the last two weeks and it's already insane.
I'll be just north of 13 mile on the East side with my 55. Here's a pic of my car if you see it come buy, say hi and have a beverage.
1.5 Million spectators and over 40,000-50,000 Hotrods!!!You can fool some of the people some of the time.
But you can't fool all of the people all of the time.

I have been to Woodward 5 of the last 7 years, but I won't be able to go this year. I always go for the full week prior to the cruise and stay with an old Air Force bud that lives between Waterford and Clarkston in Oakland Co. so I am close to the action. We have always stayed in the Kroger store-strip mall parking lot at 13 mile and Woodward next to the Beaumont Hospital. I am really going to miss the big car show that they will be having tomorrow (Wednesday the 15th,2007) at that Kroger parking lot. Oh well, there is always next year . And if gas stays below 3.00 a gallon, I will be back at Woodward in 2008Life is like a hotrod......it goes fast, so keep one foot close to the brake. a30coupe

I just got back from the DC and it was the perfect night 80*, Corvettes, MuscleCars, Hotrods, and Hot woman. It just don't get no better. I made one pass 11 Miles south bound and 10 north that took 3 hours. Then Raced a 69 442 on the Eway ramp and smoked him in 2 gears. Fun Night. Tomorrow we are taking my friends Shelby so I'll get some pics of the mayhem and post them.
