These censors track you activity on the internet and log what sites you visit. They are classed as spywear. They claim that the information is keep private but I wouldn't trust them!!!

The CURSOR has nothing to do with where you go on the internet. Mines a Streamlined Dragster and has been fer neigh on 8 year's now..

I have been doing computers since 1987 which includes owning my own network company from 1987 to 2001 and a ISP from 1995 to 2002. Comet has been on the spywear list for about 6 years and it has nothing what so ever to do with cookies. Yes...that is one we use to give to our users and there are several others. It was not uncommon to find 500 plus such spywear and other tacking agents on a single computer. Lot of them are hidden in free shareware programs downloaded from the net or from neat little adon programs. Even some of the skins you download for different programs contain tracking software. Tracking internet usage has turned into big business for target ads and target spam.

O.K. I don't want t start a ford / chevy type debate, spybot s&d has ADVANCED settings that should not be used unless you REALLY know what you are doing and the main engine in it was stolen by the makers/sellers of adware, read lots about it here
