You can make a card board template for contours and match it up to the other fenders. . With this and some massaging you can probably get a perfect repair done . Seen some pics just recently where on a fender simular to those he had about 6 patches in the front to rebuild it . When he was finished with the grinding and sanding the fender looked great . This is where experience on a English wheel and a bead roller would be great . Something i've wanted to do for a long time.Last edited by bluestang67; 09-15-2007 at 05:04 AM.
