Crate GM engine..speedway coil over front end.4 link rear every seam is welded front and rear.. front end comes off complete at the fenders.shaved door handles.Original chassis except for the speedway clip, frenched in headlamps, frenched taillamps...Shaved trunk lid, power windows in all 4 doors with tinted glass, bumpers were massaged to fit better and rechromed... corvette grille, louvered hood, filled in gas pocked relocated to the trunk floor...lots of time and work.
I have a 66 chevy pickup almost finished,it got back from trim Thursday.
...just started full resto of a 67 fastback..61 Vette frame off..61 vette frame on and ditching the drag fenders on the 1/4s
Many more to come.

Merc looks great, love the toothy grille too.I agree the whitewalls and rims fit the look of the car better than the mags, but you say you are changing that anyways.
Couple of very nice cars you have.

You're welcome Mike, glad it worked out for you. Roger, it's taken a few years but my inventory of excess parts has shrunk a fair bit from 1 1/2 garage stalls to about an eight by eight space. ...
