OK Had to give it a shot -
Couldn't find an old Dodge Logo - and would probably substitute Chrysler for the Mopar Logo after thinking about it.Last edited by SBC; 01-28-2008 at 09:47 PM.

Thanks DW - your circle of matchbox cars spawned the circle of logos idea.

Here's a fairly quick design I put together, using a few simple effects on the text to make it stand out a bit, and using hot rod style fonts. It kinda looks a bit odd, with the curve of the main text, and the angle that the car is on, it looks as though none of it is centred or lines up, but it does. You kind of have to look at the image as a whole for it to look right, instead of focusing on one element at a time.
I also put it on a T-shirt design just to see how it would look. I'm open to any comments and criticism, or suggestions for colour changes, I wasn't really sure what colours to go with. I may do a few more similar designs, but with different car pictures etc.
Anyway, here is my design.

Oops, I didn't even notice the missing 'o'. I guess that's what I get for late night logo making, missing letters! I will fix it a little later and repost them, along with a few more perhaps.Last edited by pairodice; 02-04-2008 at 12:23 PM.

Ok, here is my second design? There's no limit to the number of entries is there, because I might have a few more, but they're all basically very similar, just a different car or text position. For this one I decided to go a bit more straight lined, the text is no longer curved and everything is all quite parallel.
Here it is.

I think I'll make this one my last one, unless I come up with some more bright ideas, because they all follow the same themes, and are pretty traditional, hot rod style designs I think. I guess it would have been nice to get a different car on there, but the kinds of cars I have chosen represent hot rods as a whole pretty well I think
Anyway, here's my design.

The site has a good mix of Hot Rodders and Muscle Car types. For that reason, I think Denny W's design with all the cars on it best suits the Club Hot Rod.
Not everyone here wants a duece roadster or a 55 Chevy. His design shows the diversity that makes up the membership of this sight.
Oh, one thing, could you shoehorn a Caddy in there somewhere?? (Just kidding).
