    789 Chevy

Got these pics from a friend. In my Classic Chevy mags a few years back, I saw a 567 Chev. Now I see that the next gen is out. Pretty cool looking if you ask me.....not that you did...

    What do you guys think?

The parent company is Kanter Auto parts, Fred kanter's brother runs the design company in California and makes the kit for this swap.

    Spot on as always Bill.

In fact if you go to their website, you'll see that they have others as well. Such as a coupe option, and other flavors like modded vettes, and it looks like they have plans for modding a '55 Chevy with a 61 as well.

For years, I have thought about starting my own. To build a car, that is, that incorporates all of the things that I like about different models and years of cars. Always thought it would be cool to do. I just know that I'd probably never finish it.

    Cheers,

    I like '59 chevy's & '57 chevy's, I have owned them both, many times , but I don't think I like the half breed.

This has been on numerous sites, and while it is a sharp looking vehicle, I just don't think I would want one. Supposedly has a 2005 - 2007 Vette chassis. Wonder if handles as good as the donor car?

Kanter also has lots of other old car parts. Thy got engine and tranny rebuild kits for anything plus suspension parts, carpetingm upholstry kits and more. Go to www.kanter.com and ask for a printed catelog.

I like the shot from the back...the rest is kinda...blahh. Hood lInes are too low on the front I think...makes the front look heavy. I totally HATE the side view...but then again, I started the thread awhile back about the 53-late model vette that noone else seemed to care for! Thats why hotrods are cool, cuz everybody likes something DIFFERENT!
