You're gonna need my real name then.
It's C9 over there.
Had to add the x here cuz it won't accept two digit names.
So much for anonymity....C9

I'd like to learn more about these "geriatric" engines.
I see names of several other young men in this thread who might be interested as well.
If anyone can advise me, I'll be available this evening right after bingo.

Pretty much the same, but different.
Lots of tricks to learn about them and Denny's probably forgotten more about the SBC than I ever knew.
Which - ain't a whole heckuva lot where I'm concerned.
Built a few, ran a couple, but the advantage for me was having a complete engine right up front.
Mix and match with the SBC can be tougher than a lot of guys think.
The big Buicks (68 to 75 430's and 455's) have their own tricks.
More about making them live than making HP, but they'll do that too if you put em together right.
More than meets the eye in these two pics.

A "skip" = a dumpster.... but he says it's proper english??? Oh.. Okay. Most of us can see the dating site pun, "matching" with an arsonist.. But a "SKIP? How is that a box? It must all be...
