Two years and the bodies finally back on...

Well some of it! Two more weeks for the fenders, doors and trunk lid. I can't tell you how good it felt tonight, neighbors all grabbed a corner and we set her in place. I can't quit starring at her Wiring is next, then fire the motor before final assembly....Who's got the best wire set up?

The pix look kinda purple, it's steel blue, dam lights..

I can't take credit for the paint, a friend of a friend quit a shop after 25 years and went on his own. He really did get her better than I thought, the door jams are most excellent. When all the parts are done, I'll be in 10k, there was a lot of metal work before he got her. It would have cost twice as much at a big name place. It's steel blue off a 07 Wrangler and the fenders are black...

Wow, does that look great. Love the subtle color and just everything about it. Nice job.

As for wiring, my vote goes for American Auto Wire or Ron Francis.

No. I'm licking my wounds, both financial and phyical after wrapping up my T. Need to take a breather. But this Spring I plan on getting back on it. Thanks for asking though.

How true, spring is springing now I'm trying to drive her to Pismo show in mid June. Even if it's on a milk crate!

Keep up the good work. I like the color! Must feel real good after all the work you've done to get here today! Steve.
