    Nailhead '33

I just finished my '33 and thought I'd post some pictures:

    The motor is a 0.060" over 401 mated to a Super T-10. Rear is a 9" with 3.89s.

Nice looking ride. The radiator angle appears to be up right .JMO Is that because of the fan set up?

Pretty sweet... makes me want to go get a flat top haircut and have a pack of Lucky Strikes tucked in a rolled up t-shirt sleeve.

Yes, it is. Nailheads are so long you have to set the radiator forward. Even in the current configuration, there's only a 1/2 inch between the water pump pulley and the slim-line fan. I actually like this stance cause it's not the traditional slope (the grill does slant forward a little, but not as much as most folks do). If I were to tilt the radiator back, I'd have to move it forward so much that the grill/radiator assembly would be flush or stick past the frame horns (which would make the car look too long in the front).

Very nice car. I noticed the radiator too, I guess the only thing you could have done was cut the firewall to move the engine back a few inches. Still looks ok though where it is.

Nice and clean. Very slick looking. I would love to see some closeups of that front suspension.
