Kansas is a great place to live, but if you're a hot rodder, it can suck big time. However, you may want to check on, and lobby for Kansas H.B. 2875. It apparently is still being evaluated, but the legislature comes back into session on 12 JAN 2009.

Passage of the bill may not make the process with receipts simpler, but it certainly is an improvement.
