RB's
They are a mile away from where I live, the building is now locked up and empty. There were some threads ( I think) on Hotrodders.com maybe you can track down the owners,Good Luck.

Apparently, they closed down in early June. The owner was a guy named Ray, and talk is the poor economy did them in.
If you paid with a credit card, you may have a way to dispute the charge. You may want to look into that. Supposedly some of the suspension stuff can be still bought from the main supplier they used, Kimbridge Enterprizes in Washington. (425) 487-0763 phone number. You might be able to call information in Edmonds Washington for Raymond or Helen Doe. They were the owners.
Hope you didn't get bit for too much money.

Pops, the RB's Ray you mentioned is Ray Doe. They used to live in Edmonds, but moved to AZ a couple years ago when they moved the company. There's got to be more to the story, Ray is a pretty astute businessman and a moderate downturn shouldn't have killed the company by itself.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon

Bob, on another forum a recently departed employee (through the closing) posted that Ray had some health issues, but "that wasn't the reason for the closing, it was more economic." That is the only thing I know of the business, other than what ads I saw for them in the magazines.
I think if CarBizIndio has some parts owed he can probably dispute the purchase to try to get some action.........providing it hasn't been too long since the transaction was processed.
There were mixed reviews on the other forum about RB's........most seemed to love them, but a few said they had trouble getting parts in a timely fashion, etc.

I'm sorry to see them leave the car scene as they were one of the biggies. Their prices were in line though I did stop buying via e/mail order from them because of their shipping cost policy. I suspect that there may be more of these 'giants' go as their owners get on physically or age wise or have over extended themselves financially. It's a tough, cutthroat business and like any other business, regardless of the product that was an out growth of a local proprietorship, 24/7 with little or no time off. Think dairy farmer kind of hours and then someDave W
I am now gone from this forum for now - finally have pulled the plug

Thanks for your help. I didn't get screwed over to bad but for the money I paid I would expect no problems with there product and no missing parts. Unfortunately I cant issue a charge back because it has been to long since my account was charged. I wish the CC company's would take in consideration how long these fabricated parts take to get made and when I actually receive the parts. But oh well, I'll forget all about it as soon as I take it for a drive.1941 Chevy Special deluxe

Ok gang. It's been awhile. With everything that was going on taking care of my mom's affairs and making a few needed mods to the Healey, it was June before anything really got rolling on this...
