I Have a big block 427 i purchased it has about 500 HP i was told but it seems to run a little to rough a 2000 rpms until it gets to 3000 rpms than its ok i am running 93 oct gas in it is there a problem are is it normal

We need to more about your rig. What carburetor, ignition, timing, all that kinda stuff. It's hard to offer suggestions if we don't have a starting point. It sounds like possibly your timing advance is not cming in soon enough or you need to adjust your fuel shot. But without knowing what set up you are running it's hard to make recommendations.
Tell us ALL about your car and motor.

Carburetor is a demon 750 Ignition is a MSD 6al i thank that the timing is at about 28 before tdc i am runing 93 oct gas,the compression is 10.5.1 the cam is a howards intake left is .599 at 289 exhaust is .618 at 292

Piston type
I am trying to find out what type of piston i have in my engine . I bought the engine from a guy on ebay and he does not remember what piston he put in the engine . I have the part number for it i hope some one nows what it is the part number is
SEA-l2300F30-8 . I know that the engine is 30 over and it is a 427chevy . I know some one knows what that part number means thank

28 degrees advance at idle or at a higher rpm. 28 degrees at idle is high and that could likely be a problem. 500hp is a lot of hp and takes a pretty big cam to make it. Most engines in that power range wont make torque below 2 or 3000 rpm. You could check the idle carburetor jetting, maybe add a little extra fuel at idle.
