    Yeh, I believe it, just like back in the late 70's in the northwest when someone claimed you could duct tape cow magnets to your fuel line to increase your MPG. The only thing that did was create a shortage on magnets and piss off the ranchers cause they couldn't get any magnets for their cattle.

    They give them to the cattle so when they're out grazing on the open range and they happen to ingest any metal such as old barb wire pieces or nails from old fences, the magnets will hold it in their stomachs and keep from tearing up their insides.

    thanks Dan never heard that before. Grew up in fishing country. maybe that is where they got the idea to put them in your tranny pan.

    Whenever I find a gas saver gadget, I buy it and put it on my Geo. Belive it or not, it is getting soo efficient now that I actually suck the gas from other poorly tuned cars that drive by me

    I want a Marquis 2002 8 cyl that used to get 26.78mpg and now gets 64.43 for a total improvement of 141% mpg!
