Ken, I happy to hear that your wife wasn't banged up - with that knee problem of hers, neither of you need any more grief
My daily driver is not something that you want to mess with - but people still do on a regular basis. It's an F350 4x4 pickup. We don't have a lot of exotics - but the guy with the male menopausmobile Ferrari..........my front bumper, even with the OEM suspension and tires is the level of his windshield......
In my area it for sure is the cell phone users, OFs in their white Buicks, Chryslers and Mercurys and tree huggers in their 15 year old Saabs trying for another tenth of a mpg. Then the soccer moms with 2-3 kids in the minivan driving while babbling on her phone and eating or smoking or both. Did I say that in New York State cell phones must be hands free
Luckily, the traffic in the 'burbs of the NY Capital District area usually isn't too bad, so you have a chance to do defensive driving.Dave W
