WOW, some real old timers out there!!!
Dwayne and Jay got quite a few of them:
Lurker Mick got the toughest one....on the blower drive.
4. B&M started with the beefed GM Hydramatic that they called Hydrostick
5. The Olds/Pontiac rear end was used way before the 9 inch Ford got popular
7. Chevys had the little window in the cap that let you adjust the point gap (dwell) without removing the cap. HEI did not get introduced until about 1974 (could be off a year)
8. QuadraJet introduced on the big block Chev and the OHC Pontiac six cyl
10. The lightweight cars had a seat belt strap with a snap to hold the window up. It had two positions, up or down.
Anyone on LL? Tech should know this one....from his drag racing experience.
