Rolls Royce Hot Rod!
A friend sent these pictures, taken at the Mooresville car show.....wherever that is?
A blown $50,000+ Ray Barton 1,800 h.p. alum. hemi in a Royals Royce, with nitrous oxide!
I think these would sell well in the oil-rich Middle East! :-)

It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.

Maybe Alan Johnson will be using this to "quickly" tow the race cars back to the pits! :-)
I thought Mooresville was in the Carolinas...but I'd be guessing.

he is out of mooresville, nc. i saw the car in richmond, va. it definately drew a crowd. he said richmond was the second show for the car so these pictures are probably the first show hence the missing rear bumper? maybe the chromer screwed up on the bumper and didn't make it in time...
edit: here's my pic showing the rear bumper for youLast edited by 35fordcoupe; 10-06-2008 at 08:45 PM.

I have one that I started 4 yrs. ago & did not finish. It's sitting on a modified
GM frame. Now at the age of 70 my time is running out. I am currently working on a 49 GMC pick-up. Thanks for listening to my story.

This Rolls was at the NSRA Nats in Tampa this past weekend, nice car but with all the workmanship that went into it, I thought the lift-off race car style hood hold on with Dzus fasteners was a little cheap looking, could have been better engineered in my opinion.

Ok gang. It's been awhile. With everything that was going on taking care of my mom's affairs and making a few needed mods to the Healey, it was June before anything really got rolling on this...
