well....i tried to put my hotrod in autorama here in detroit michigan ....they told me there wasn't anyplace for an "ol' skool rod"...it had to be painted....i said it was...."black suede"......but they said no way, not this year. so i been thinkin, and it hurts when i do that, maybe theres other guys here in michigan that have "ol skool rods" and maybe we should try an get together like they do on the west coast.....don't get me wrong i like all kinds of rods and sleds and muscle cars but a lotta guys don't like bringin their cars to cruises because they aren't finished.....and those are the cars a lotta people like to see. let me know if theres anybody out there interested....seeya at the cruises!!
