    Panhard bar to Wishbone

I would like to know if the panhard bar should be connected to the wishbone on the passenger side or to the drilled I-beam axle?

Hard to say without a photo of your axle setup, but there is one generalization that applies. The longer the bar, the better, as it will reduce the lateral motion of the axle as the bar swings through it's travel.
