Got the '51 Chevy registered today
Over the weekend I decided i should take care of putting the old Chevy in my name, to take care of any roadblocks that might have come up.. in Ny we have to put ins on the vehicle and actully plate and register it to transfer ownership, really I should have done this in 2004 when I bought it, but regardless, I did it today and there were no issues... it is tecnicly registered and legal to drive for a few days until I pull the ins and turn the plates in.. I may take it down the road just for giggles, but the tires are real sketchy now, and it has no exhaust, so probably not... I do have the tires that I took off the old ranger that will fit ( one size smaller ), so I will have a decent set of rollers. You don't know what you've got til it's gone

Ok gang. It's been awhile. With everything that was going on taking care of my mom's affairs and making a few needed mods to the Healey, it was June before anything really got rolling on this...
