Welcome Angela:

Like other who have posted, I too send my sincerest condolences for the loss of your father. I lost my father in 1995 and while I know he's building cars and model trains in heaven, there's not a day that goes by I do not think of him!

This forum is truly an amazing bunch of men and women who share a love for most things motorized and especially those that resemble cars of a wide variety and ilk! Deep technical information and tons of patience for those who genuinely are seeking some help or guidance with their projects.

Of equal importance is the personal support and encouragement that is shared among a lot of strangers that truly care for one another. The cars may be the intro, but there is a catalyst among this group that is rare.

I hope you'll spend some time here and get to know us. While none would even pretend to replace your father, you'll find that you've just inherited a great bunch of "big brothers" (and a big sister or two as well!!)

Regards,
Glenn

p.s. I have a 22 year old son - he has a great '71 Chevy pickup and did I mention that he's single, very smart, very athletic and oh by the way - he's single....
